Anno 2019

You built the wealth. have you built the person who will inherit it?70% of family wealth is gone by generation two. Most families transfer assets.

Almost none transfer capabilities. Changer Club develops principals, spouses and heirs together inside one private institution across Monaco and Dubai.

Four risks wealthy parents rarely discuss

Most parents at this tier already know which one applies to their child. They simply do not have a name for it.

01

The Shadow

Successful. Educated. Competent. Still living somebody else's life.

02

The Protestor

Rejects what the family built. Not because it lacks value. Because it lacks ownership.

03

The Drifter

Pleasant. Talented. No direction. No urgency.

04

The Long Crisis

Years disappear. Potential disappears. Life never fully starts.

The problem is well known. The solution is not.

Wealth can be inherited.Capability must be developed.By parents and children together.

Is this you

The inner call shared by
wealth families at a crossroads

This is for you if

You have built. You have exited. The next question is the one nobody warned you about

  • You want your children to inherit more than capital
  • You are tired of rooms that congratulate you and stopped challenging you a long time ago
  • You have started asking what comes after the next exit, and the question is not going away
  • You are willing to bring your spouse and your kids into the same room as you, not into a parallel programme
  • You believe wealth that does not outlast you is a problem you have not solved yet
This is not for you if

You are still optimising the goals you set fifteen years ago

  • You are looking for deal flow
  • You want a networking club. There are good ones; this is not one of them
  • The idea of your wife and your eighteen-year-old in the same conversation as you is uncomfortable
  • Your liquid net worth is below $5M
  • The next exit is the only horizon you can see

If you recognized yourself above, the qualification call is the next step.

I · The Conviction

An heir is not raised.
An heir is formed.

If you do not deliberately form the person who will carry the wealth, the world forms them on your behalf, and rarely in your interest. The capital your child will inherit lives in a different reality from the one you grew up in. The pressures are different. So are the people who will want a relationship with them once the family name precedes them into a room.

Affection, good schools, and a strong family name do not, on their own, build what the child actually needs. Tax, estates, and asset allocation are well covered at this tier. The heir is not. Are they intellectually ready? Relationally mature? Can they hold the position without being held by it?

Those are the questions Changer is built around answering, in coordination, in the same room, before time runs out.

II · The THREE Pains

What members were carryingwhen they walked in.

01

I scaled the mountain, but the view feels empty.

Crisis of purpose

You built it, you exited, and everyone congratulated you. Then the room got quiet in a way nobody warned you about. Changer puts you in a room with first-generation billionaires, Nobel laureates, and operators twenty years ahead of you. Marc Randolph, who built Netflix, took the stage last year. The conversations there are the only ones we have found that touch the question.

02

My kids have everything, except grit, vision, and backbone.

Legacy anxiety

From sixteen, the heir sits in the same room as the principal. Same speakers, same investment decisions, same conversations, not a parallel youth programme. Out of thirty-one syndicate investments, three became unicorns. Founders fly in to receptions and pitch live; principals and heirs decide together. That is how a sixteen-year-old learns scale.

03

I provide everything, yet we feel like strangers.

Relationship disconnect

Eighteen receptions a year across Monaco and Dubai are designed for couples to attend together, as full participants. ArtFLOW, our second-day experience, asks both partners to step out of the rational mode they spend most of the week in and meet each other on different ground. Members credit it with the kind of conversations that did not happen at home.

Member case study

I was a partner at Apollo Management. Became a minister. I had money, yet I felt deeply alone. Since joining Changer, I have listed a $2B AI firm, built Ukraine's largest charity, and found a true friend. Life changed for me.

III · The Changer Method

Built on four levers,
operating in coordination.

Lever 01

Intellectual activation

Eighteen curated receptions a year across Monaco and Dubai. Billionaires, Nobel laureates, New York Times bestselling authors. Marc Randolph and Dan Ariely have taken the stage. Principal and heir sit in the same room, not in parallel programmes.

Lever 02

Capital deployment

Thirty-one syndicate deals at fifty-two percent annualised returns, three unicorns among them (Hailo, IQM, Udemy). Members evaluate the companies as a group, principals and heirs decide together. The heir learns investing the only way investing actually gets learned, which is by deploying capital in transactions that have outcomes.

Lever 03

The room itself

Two hundred and seventy verified UHNW family relationships across twenty-one countries. Reputation-admitted, $5M+ liquid floor, around fifteen percent of qualified applicants declined. The selection is what makes the room what it is, and the selection is the slowest part of the operation.

Lever 04

The marriage and creativity

ArtFLOW, our flagship modern art programme, is the second day of every reception. Curators present, working artists exhibit, and members are invited out of the rational mode they spend most of the week in. It is also where the deepest friendships in the room have started; we did not set out to engineer that, but it has held up consistently.

The cost of doing nothing

Wealth rarely disappears because of taxes.

It disappears because the next generation was never prepared to carry it. The cost is not losing money.

The cost is watching:

  • confidence by your kids replaced by entitlement
  • ambition replaced by comfort
  • family unity replaced by fragmentation
  • legacy replaced by liquidation
